Todd Stiles is the founding pastor of First Family Church in Ankeny, Iowa. Planted in 2004 from a core group of just 6 people, First Family has grown to over 800 people in 2 campuses and mobilized the efforts of teams for four church plants, both local and international.
He is the author of six books and numerous articles as well as a church-based Church Planting Catalyst for the North American Mission Board (NAMB) and the Baptist Convention of Iowa (BCI). Todd is the Vice President of the Board for the Friendship Center, a ministry to the poverty-impacted community in central Iowa.
Todd was born and raised in Tennessee, and educated at Tennessee Temple University and Piedmont International University. He has lived in Iowa since 1996 after God moved his family to Iowa to work with Students. In 1998, Todd founded Youth Leader Connection, a non-profit ministry that for 10 years assisted youth leaders in smaller churches with hands-on help, curriculum, and programing.
God has opened numerous doors for Todd and his family, each one with its specific calling and reason. All the while his family has loved doing life together in their local church and community, with recreation, traveling, and taste-testing new places among their favorite things to do!
